LeadForwardNow (“we,” “us,” or “Ari Leubitz”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how it is used, and how you can request its deletion. We collect only what is needed to respond to you and to provide what you ask for.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, organization, role, and the message you write.
• Whole Leader Dashboard diagnostic: your name and email address, and the answers you provide to the assessment, so we can send your results and interpretation guide.
• Privacy-first analytics: aggregate, non-identifying usage data (such as which pages are viewed and which calls to action are clicked). We do not use this to identify you individually.

How we use it

• To reply to your message, typically within two business days.
• To send your diagnostic results and the related interpretation guide.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Sharing and storage

Your information is handled by Ari personally and by the service providers that operate this site and deliver email on our behalf. These providers process data only to provide their service and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Your responses are confidential and are not shared.

Requesting access or deletion

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Email ari@leadforwardnow.org with the request and we will confirm and act on it promptly.
